This is an important factor to consider in RI Real Estate investing for beginners. A RI Real Estate investor wants the average days on market to be low. This means that it is easy to turn houses in a short amount of time. Even in RI Real Estate investing for beginners, you don’t want the house to stay on the market for a long time. The longer a house stays on the market, the less attractive it is for potential buyers.
